My name is Alexey (@behindhorizon_), I’m a wedding photographer based in Almaty. I photograph weddings in the city, travel to Astana and other cities across Kazakhstan, and also work internationally.
It’s important to me that the photos feel natural and authentic — without over-staging or repetitive сценарios. Throughout the day, I capture everything that shapes a wedding: people, movement, details, reactions, and atmosphere. The result is a cohesive series of photographs rather than just a set of individual frames.
I most often work with intimate weddings and modern formats, but I also photograph large celebrations and traditional weddings. I enjoy shooting outdoors and in open locations, while also working comfortably in restaurants, studios, and urban spaces.
I shoot both digital and film — film can be added separately. This format works well for those who want a more expressive and distinctive visual tone for their wedding day.

Film Photography
Film can be added to any shoot upon request. The cost is +25,000 ₸ in addition to the package price.
The price includes one roll of film (36 frames), developing, and delivery of all images in digital format, as well as 10 printed photos delivered separately in an envelope.

Do you work in other cities?
Yes, of course. In this case, travel, accommodation, and local transport expenses are covered if required.
If we want the photos sooner, do you offer expedited editing?
Yes, this service is available.
The cost is 50,000 ₸. All photos are delivered within 14 days.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, all delivered images include retouching without exception (light retouching, without artificial skin smoothing). Additionally, you can select photos for more detailed retouching.
How much is an additional hour of shooting?
From 35,000 ₸.
Do you provide RAW files?
RAW files can be provided upon request. The cost is 50,000 ₸.
How do you move around on the shooting day?
It depends on where the event takes place.
If everything is in Almaty, transportation during the shoot is covered. If outside the city, taxi is covered both ways.
